3. When Is a Refund Not Valid?

A refund will not be provided in the following cases:

  • If the client fails to provide necessary information, materials, or approvals on time.
  • If the project is delayed, halted, or canceled due to client-side issues.
  • If the dissatisfaction with results is based on subjective opinions without valid grounds.

4. Refund Process

  2. Review Process: FasterLuck will investigate your complaint and review all necessary evidence.
  3. Decision: You will receive an email within 7 business days with the decision to approve or reject your refund.
  4. Refund Issuance: If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 – 7 business days.

  • The refund will apply only to the specific service where the issue occurred.
  • No refunds will be provided for other services or additional charges.
  • All refund decisions are subject to FasterLuck’s review and final discretion.
